About Healthcare Alignment Solutions

Healthcare Alignment Solutions™ (HAS) was formed in 2007 and provides a variety of leadership coaching, mentoring, and advisory services. Founded by Carm Moceri, a seasoned health care executive and Certified Executive Coach, HAS leverages his unique positioning, drawing upon his experiences to aid clients to become more effective leaders.

For more than 14 years, we have supported over 36 leaders through a combination of executive coaching, mentoring, and advisory services. As a coach, I have worked with a board chair and executive director of a state-wide non-profit organization to support their cultural transformation; served as a leadership coach for a junior executive, helping to improve his communication style and leadership effectiveness, ultimately leading to his selection as a senior executive in a healthcare system; and provided consulting and interim strategy leadership to redesign a system’s structure, clarify all leadership and management roles, establish a strategic planning process and five-year plan, assist the board and CEO select and hire nine senior executives, and coach the newly appointed CEO, leading to a $100 million turnaround.

Additionally, working with health systems and non-profit organizations, we have facilitated and led organization-wide cultural transformations to align mission, vision, and values with strategic objectives; while creating engaged workforces and a commitment to ongoing leadership development.

As a senior leader, Carm held positions including vice president of operations, three hospital president roles, and two chief strategy officer positions. While serving as a senior leader, he spearheaded a board-community repositioning process, transitioning a government-held non-profit system into a leased organization of a leading health system; co-led the regional cultural transformation of five hospitals; and led a hospital designated by St. Louis Magazine as a ‘Great Place to Work;’ attained by empowering employees to take ownership of their environment and the customer experience.

Over the past several years, Healthcare Alignment Solutions’ mission, vision, and values have evolved.
